About pricing. The starting price is for the smallest size of each item. Your cost depends on the dose and size your physician prescribes, and a physician evaluation is required, through membership ($50/month) or an on-demand visit ($100). See pricing
About compounded medications. Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed pharmacy for an individual patient. They are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety or efficacy. We prescribe them only when clinically appropriate after a physician evaluation. Most peptides on this page are prohibited in competitive sport.

Do I need a prescription for peptides and injectables?
Yes. Everything on our formulary is prescription-only. A Texas-licensed physician reviews your history, goals, and labs first, and prescribes only what's clinically appropriate.
How much do peptide injections cost?
Each item lists a starting price for its smallest size. Your cost depends on the dose and size your physician prescribes, plus your membership or visit fee.
Are compounded peptides FDA-approved?
No. Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed pharmacy for an individual patient and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety or efficacy. Some items, such as semaglutide, tirzepatide, tesamorelin, and bremelanotide (PT-141), have FDA-approved brand-name relatives, and others have been studied only in animals. Each item's page says which.
