These Terms of Service govern your use of the Mito Fit Health website and telehealth services. By accessing our services, you agree to these terms. This page is a general template and not legal advice; consult counsel before publishing your final terms.

Eligibility & service area

Our telehealth services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and physically located in the State of Texas at the time of service. By using our services you represent that you meet these requirements.

Not for emergencies

Our services are not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Medical services & compounded medications

Care is provided by physicians licensed in Texas. Prescriptions, including compounded semaglutide with L-carnitine, are issued only when clinically appropriate following evaluation. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety or efficacy. Individual results vary.

Membership & payments

Membership is billed monthly at the rate shown at sign-up and may be canceled at any time. On-demand visits are billed per visit. Certain labs and medications may be billed separately.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mito Fit Health is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits the physician-patient relationship or rights you have under applicable law.
