Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, membership is month-to-month and you can cancel at any time.
Weight loss & semaglutide
What is micro-dose semaglutide with L-carnitine?
It's a compounded weight-loss therapy that combines a low ('micro') dose of semaglutide with L-carnitine. The goal is sustainable fat loss that protects lean muscle and supports glucose control, while minimizing the side effects common with higher GLP-1 doses. The program starts at $175 per month.
Why micro-dosing instead of standard dosing?
Lower, personalized doses titrated slowly tend to cause far less nausea and GI discomfort, while still supporting steady appetite regulation and fat loss for many people.
Is compounded semaglutide FDA-approved?
No. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety or efficacy. They are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy and prescribed only when clinically appropriate after a physician evaluation.
How is the medication delivered?
When prescribed, your medication is shipped discreetly to your door.
Labs & care
What's in the 150+ lab tests?
Your complete metabolic profile spans glucose and HbA1c, fasting insulin and HOMA-IR, advanced lipids including ApoB, thyroid, hormones, inflammatory markers, liver and kidney function, and key vitamins — re-tested through the year to track progress.
Where do I get my labs done?
Your physician orders labs at a convenient Texas lab location near you. Results are reviewed with you by message or video in plain language.
Who are the physicians?
Your care is provided by physicians licensed to practice in Texas who focus on metabolic medicine.
Is my information private?
